A'GALORE & CO. is closed on weekends and major holidays. Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Please allow 1-5 business days for all online shipping.

We do not have any control over USPS. If your order has already been shipped, contact the appropriate shipping carrier with your tracking number for updates or assistance with your package. We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen packages. We do NOT take responsibility for packages claimed to not be delivered if the shipping carrier marks them as delivered.
if your order is marked "fulfilled" and tracking number has not updated its scans for 14 business days (not including weekends and federal holidays) please email us so we can reship your items as soon as possible.

This claim process is solely done by USPS, once your application is approved USPS is responsible for issuing a refund via check.
