We are not responsible for any shipment delays that may result from natural occurrence, holidays, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen items. We are not responsible for confirming correct shipping details for order.
if your order is marked "fulfilled" and tracking number has not updated its scans for 14 business days (not including weekends and federal holidays) please reach out to us via email so we can reship your order asap.
If there is a discrepancy with your order, please reach out to us no later than 72hr after marked delivery.

If your USPS PRIORITY / GROUND package is lost, please visit lost package claim page via USPS https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
claims process is solely done by USPS, once your application is approved USPS is responsible for issuing a refund via check. Should your claim be denied by USPS please send us your determination letter to begin an appeal.

We do not have any control over package transportation. If your orders tracking is already generated, please contact the appropriate shipping carrier with your tracking number for updates or assistance with your package.
